2019-2020 SEASON Sponsorship Opportunities
This year ORTOP announces an exceptional season theme for Oregon’s robotics community Star Wars: Force for Change to explore the future of cities, architecture, and building communities through curriculum, core values, and competition challenges in partnership with FIRST, Lucasfilm and their parent company Disney. ORTOP will again hold more than 90 state-wide events for our four K-12 grade FIRST programs — serving more than 7,700 students, volunteers, mentors and their schools and communities. Our mission continues it’s focus on assisting those in the most need.
The new enhancements to our Annual Supporter & Recognition Benefits Program include:
- Increased audience exposure. Qualifying supporters are recognized at ALL ORTOP program events instead of one select program.
- Year-Round plus Seasonal Recognition. Beyond events, we showcase supporters in off season activities such as matching fund challenged & recruiting volunteers.
- Deadlines. New pledge deadlines insure fair and timely supply of benefits
- Renewal Preference. Returning supporters gain first access opportunities to limited benefits like radio ads, PSA’s, and reserved VIP tournament seats & meals.
Sponsorship & Contributor Benefits and exposure are provided between Dec. 1, 2019 to April 30th, 2020.
2019-2020 SEASON DEADLINES & Payment Schedule
Pledges must confirmed by Nov. 1, 2019 to receive this year’s recognition benefits. Final payments are requested by May 1st, 2020.
ABOUT THE BENEFITS
The ORTOP Annual Recognition & Supporter Program insures we celebrate the generous support of many types of contributors and contributions including donations, sponsorships, tribute gifts, and in-kind services of those dedicated to the ORTOP mission in a fair and equitable at each giving level. Recognition benefit levels help to accurately and fairly recognize supporters based on the reach of the gift, the participation value in achieving the ORTOP mission, and the duration of commitment.
Our ARSP program aims to increase exposure to recognize those supporting our 501(c)3 nonprofit mission and creates opportunities during state wide events to inspire and engage a vibrant community of support. Each year our annual report shares achievements and impact of such generousity of our annual supporters.
